My mother recently suffered from 90% blockage in main artery and has gt a stunt implanted . However her recovery is very slow as she is a diabitic as well. My father is also not keeping well. Pls suggest some upaya for long and healthy life of my parents that I can do so that they get out of this trouble as soon as possible. In case there are some fasts that help pls suggest i will follow it.
