She has become so adamant, practically has refused to listen to what I or my husband say. She has to write essays for her college applications, she is ready to pay a tutor for helping her but doesn't want to take any help from us. Her negative attitude is costing us a lot financially and I am more worried that this kind of attitude can cost her admission in a good college. She is in general an adamant child, has her own mind right from the childhood but I never saw her so negative. Do you think it's just stress?
