Very much in trouble - Upaya

I have spent my last night to go through the files in the group and now I think

this is the place where I am going to get the solution or at least peace of

mind. Please help me.

 

For last more than 1 year I am having worst period of my life. In March 2008 I

met a guy who is a property dealer and became friendly with me. I had one house

which he suggested me to sell and promised me that he will arrange for much

better house for me. I sold the house on his suggestion. He then asked me to

invest my money in some kind short term investment. I gave money to him in the

month of July and he promised me that he will return the money in august which

never happened. I didn't suspect at all. Again in october he suggested me to buy

a house and proposed that for one house he has already paid the advance and I

can take that house. I gave him the money again without any suspect as he was

very friendly with me. Then in the month of November I came to know that it was

all fraud he was doing and all the money he has lost in betting and was

arranging money from different sources like this from other friends also. Also

one of the investment which he suggested never started (shopping mall).

 

In last 36 years I have never been in such a problem where I lost my all the

earning (got cheated)and every time the only thing in my mind is to take revenge

from the person who has cheated me , not able to concentrate on work and family.

This was the money I kept for my daughters which is gone. Just more than year

back I was owner of two houses and now I have no house and money invested in

some dead project where there seems no hope.

 

I did the police complaint and post that I got 40% of the money back in June

this year and now nothing is happening which is making me depressed and not even

able to concentrate on work which is my source of earning for my entire family .

I have all leagal documents in place and I am sure if I will go to court I will

win but that will be a very lengthy process . Please suggest , shall I go for

court case or not .

Also as I have my old dependent parents, my wife and 2 daughters. please suggest

me the upays so get my money back. As said in one of the document attached in

the file section of this group , yes I am not asking to become rich or looking

for some money which do not belong to me. What I am looking for is getting my

hard earned money back .

Please help me to get rid of this problem , atleast if I don't get my money back

I am looking for peace of mind so that I can concentrate on my work and will

earn more for my daughters .
