Bring home a little sindoor in a silver or brass or copper dibbi from the right arm of Hanuman idol. Apply a tilak of this sindoor , between the eye brows of the child, every day. Do it for 43 days at least. Make the child wear a copper kara { bangle } on any Tuesday during the bright half of the month [shukla paksha]. It would be better if on that tuesday it is pushya nakshatra. Ask some local pundit about a Tuesday during the bright half of the month when it is Pushya nakshatra. A day before take the kara to a Hanuman temple and get it blessed by applying a little hanuman sindoor on the kara. The sindoor should be taken from the right arm of Lord Hanuman. The copper kara should be open at the ends.
