Saturn in your case is the significator ( lord of D and E ) for 3rd house, fourth house, 7th house, 8th house, ( treating them as house B) so obviously Saturn will give better result for these houses. Now Venus is the significator for 12th house (Lord of " D " i.e.9th house ) , and Saturn is always act as samdharmi to Venus, so it can give good result for 12th house. The result will be experienced in the 2nd portion of the sub period.
