[1] For uxpected accidents and other such happenings he should:

 

Keep in a dark corner in the West of your house, under the weight of a stone

piece, 1kg jau { barley } tied in a black cloth.

 

[2] For obstacles in his deals, I believe I had suggested that he recite

thedurga sapta shati mantra. That mantra alone can eliminate the obstacles.
