In the LK kundali, it is the houses which get preference over the rasi thats all. The ascendant is the middle of the bhava [house] and not the beginning like in the KP. In fact I introduced him to this group and told about you so by mistake I have used his ID . I will take care of the same in the future. It might differ by a degree or so depending on the Ayanansh used.
