problems at job

As I joined my new job six months back as a leader position,Job and company

everything was good , but after a month my health position came in to picture ,I

was fainted at hospital during dialysis(As I am regular on dialysis due to

kidney problem) and was informed by hospital staff to my office.

My Mgr was good he just talked with me and told me to be at lower position, he

made a leader to my junior and told me to work under him as my health is not

good.

Now my junior started creating problems with me , started giving bad feedback to

my mgr. My mgr listens to him as he is old employee and has good relations with

him . I have got very low marks during appraisal also.

 

Priya Ji pls suggest how to tackle this guy to maintain my own position and also

I have meeting with mgr next week for discussing my overall feedback, I am

afraid he has also given bad feedback and don't know what else he has in in his

mind for my work and position.

 

Pls help me to get out of this bad position and also I need help to improve my

health.
