falling & hurting myself

Last week again i have fallen on my knee i was badly hurt, my right knee was

swollen and bruised and this week, while entering shop i was just in thoughts

and didn't see the glass door and entered in the shop and got myself hurt on

nose, i got cut on my nose and lot of blood came out from inside my nose. i have

lost confidence and scared to walk on road though i m not scared of death but i

m scared of loosing part of my body. i m praying God as i m the only earning

member of family.

 

please advise upayas if any i have to do.
