She is very stressed out regarding my father's ancestral property which my uncle and us are planning to sell. I had written to you earlieron as well seeking advice on the period conducive for gain from the property for my mother. Priyaji, my mom is facing a lot of problems with the paper work for selling the house and getting the power of attorney from my brother transferred to her name. Since he is in US embassy and the court are creating unnecessary problems since about a month and half now and nothing seems to be moving forward. There always seem to be a roadblock in getting the documents ready and closing the deal and it doesnt seem to go forward. Please suggest upayas so that the selling of the house happens smoothly and we do not face ongoing issues to close the deal and mom can gain from it. Really appreciate all your guidance and advice to help us through. Mother details- dob- 17th nov 1951, Time- 3:30p.m. Place- Ludhiana.
