Natal and transit Sa is aspecting 10th house. Being 8th lord it should give job after 20th dec.09. That time both natal and transit jupiter will also aspect 10th house.But struggle and hard work at job will continue for some more time. The gemologist are not necessarily also very learned astrologer, as no experienced astrologer will dare to tell this. I have analysed the horoscope. You mentioned that he is wearing diamond with blue ring and emrald.By blue ring, you mean that Is he wearing blue saphire in a ring ? Now let me clarify. Since 2000, he was undergoing sade-sati of Saturn, which has ended in September,2009. So he was forced to leave his CA. After the gemlogist told him to wear blue saphire in 2008, he was forced to leave his job under the influence of Saturn and few other planatery effects. This is so, because he should have never been adviced to wear a diamond and blue saphire, but wearing only emrald. Please let him remove both diamond and blue saphire immediately. His house of study and house of job is very good. Presently he is running the mahadasha of Mercury, in which the last antardasha period is Saturn is running since 1-7-2008 and this will end on 9-3-11. Then his Ketu dasha will start from 9-3-11 for a period of 7 years,which will be followed by the dasha of Venus for long period of 20 years. The Saturn is now in a good position to give good results, till end 2011, Jupiter is also coming in good position in next 7 days to give good results alongwith Saturn.
