I have met with two acidents (at job and road) (altough not fatal)in last one year and injured my back. Now Iam unable to do my regular duties which Im supposed to do. I have problems with my in health and eventually I am in financial crisis. My DOB is sept 06, 1969 at patiala at 1545 hrs presently residing at Toronto, Canada.
