need advice if donate land for burial purpose

I would like to thank you for always helping me and my family

with valuable remedies

In this opportunity I need your advice, my brother ask me to buy a small piece

of land and donate it for burial/cemetery of famliy clan, please help to analyse

and it's impact according my Janma Kundli or varshphal. I am affraid doing those

upaya would backfire or prohibited for me. If I am not mistaken, In lal kitab

only mention donate shroud/cloth or coffin for corpse/dead body.
