Upaya for my brother

Dear Panditji,My brother's date of birth is 7th Nov 1948, place Delhi, there is little confusion about his exact time of birth. According to the vikrami samvat timing converted into English date, he was born at 11.36 PM on 7th Nov, and according to English data written many years after his birth on the same birth-time-made patri by some other jyotishiji it is 12.00 am on the night of 7th/ 8th Nov, hence 00.00 hrs on 8th Nov. According to some jyotishis, both timings have same planetary placement, only difference will be of a few weeks in start & end of the dashas.He took VRS 6-7 years back from the job which he was doing since after college, invested all his savings, even money received from sale of a property, into business, but unfortunately suffered big losses in business during last 2-3 years. Can you suggest any upaya? Will this upaya help him only in tiding over financial difficulties, or it will alsohelp him in restarting his business?Thank you.Vinay--
