Dear Usha ji,

 

Keeping a horse shoe is a traditional folk remedy. It is normally fixed facing

downwards i.e. ends pointing downwards.

 

Yes the ring is to be worn on the middle finger of your right hand. Normally the

ring is washed with milk before being worn. It is advised to be worn on a

saturday after reciting the beej mantra of Saturn a few times.
