I am currently working in a government organization since Aug 2006, the job wise is good, however due to the current economic situation, our company is also suffering and a lot of employees have lost their jobs. I am still working but there is a lot of uncertainity and everybody wants to survive so there is a lot of bad mouthing and pulling people down. Now i have started applying for jobs outside, i am getting shortlisted for interviews but something or the other happens and i am not getting selected which is making me feel less confident. Could you please guide me on some upayas and prayers which would eliminate this problem and ensure that i am more confident and i also achieve the results.
