Go to the group files and read the rules of doing the remedies before the upaya suggested by me are done. All these upaya have to be done. The upaya will not give any results unless they are done according to the rules. For job stability: [a] Worship Lord Hanuman every day. Offer water to the Sun God every. Add a little milk and sugar to the water before offering. [c] Recite the stotra for Mercury as many times a day as you can every day. Get the text and the audio from the files. You can listen to Navgrah stotra in order to be able to pronounce it better. As for concentration in studies, you should: Wear round the neck a 6 mukhi rudraksh between two 5 mukhi rudraksha in a silver chain or a white silk thread. Add a small square piece of copper also to the same chain. Get a hook attached to the copper piece for the chain to pass through. Wear it on any Monday of the bright half of the month { shukla paksha} after worshiping Lord Shiv.
