At your convenience please send us some guidance for this year's varshphal for Greg Melton- April 12, 1963 and for myself April 24, 1930. Also: Right now we are renting an apartment which is closer then Texas from my son and my daughter here in Northern California so that is nice. Close by there is a very nice temple so we are quite happy about this proximity to the temple and go there often. Eventually I would prefer to buy a place of our own then renting if possible. You have sent us the remedies for that indicating that right now is not the time. Do you have any suggestions as to when would it be a more suitable time to look for a house?
