Bt the confusion is last time you suggested that there wont be any job loss or relocation but there can be some minor change in role in same company. But now frm this mail it seems job loss may also occur and company change etc. Hence confused. If u can throw some light it will help and i wud be greatful as i am thoroughly worried.. Bt my only request now wud be as things are a bit cnfused if you can by some method tell me : - if there is any job loss or relocation expected for the next 12 mths. - if yes then for how long it wud take for new job and financially what will be the effect. The position that i was hired for is getting changed and the position is upgraded to a higher band with higher no. of years of experience needed though i will be asked to apply for the position but I really dont know they will take me or not considering my expeirence is 6-7 years. While for that band needed exp would be 10-13 years. What shall i do? Two Big questions: • Will this leads to job loss and break in career or Will I get this internal job posting arising due to the change? • Should I start looking outside or I will get something lease within same company? Currently job loss will lead to a very high financial pressure as we stay in a rented house and expenses are high. Just got a baby boy as well. Need urgentl help sir. Genuinely need guidance from you and how things are looking up. Please guide urgently so that I plan accordingly.
