HELP!!! Upapada Lagna and Ashtakvarga points

Does low Ashtakvarga points for UL delays or denies marriage?

 

I read one very good article long time back by Pt. Sanjay Rath; In

that he mentions UL with Ketu is good for marriage. I have that

placement along with exalted venus(also UL lord), but low (19)

Ashtakvarga points. If it matters, Jup is also with exalted venus.

Thank you for your response! Somehow it seems there is no interest in

my posting otherwise.

 

There is definitely delay, As soon I will be 34...and yet Single.
