Tidhi selection for USA and other countries.

I am from the family of PIDAPARTHY and pur elder brother's family is

mainly follows the Drigganita system - as he us actively involved in

the Panchanga ganita.

We wouldike to know how to derive the PANCHAKAALA PRAMAANA for USA

and otjer countries. We observe that the day time is less in these

countries so at the end of the day whether that particular thidhi is

still there or not is the question. We have a doubt about hoe to

ascertain Aparhanaadu Nirnaya while calculating for USA and other

countries.
