Guest guest
HI, I have Chandra-Manglik yoga. My emotions are very intense, and I get very angry sometimes, even violent. What can I do to control this? Are there any meditations or yogas or herbs that could be good in my case? thank you.

Guest guest
|| Hare Rama Krishna || Dear Michael, Hmmm....let me begin with a Congratulations!!!! You have already won half the battle! To be aware that you have a problem with yourself is no small thing! Change is an internal experience(in-body) not an external experience. Look at this way, this Earth we live on has 7+ billion people, not counting other living things! If one were to start being violent, one would need several lives to finish one's violent karma. Then feel, " Ah, I have finished all violent karma, now I am liberated! " . That simply doesn't make sense! To be aware that you have an anger issue and making determined progress towards controlling it, is " self-inquiry " or what many of the learned prefer to call " meditation techniques " . There are 7+ billion people on this earth, how many can we change and/or force them to act according to my/your set of rules? Already bored, eh? Too much philosophy!! Where is the real answer to your questions? The answer is in your question! How so? Chandra Mangala Yoga in itself is the answer! Chandra debilitates Mars, doesn't it? So, Chandra is the answer to your problem. Chandra is very tender/soft by nature. Look at Chandra in your D9, he is exalted! IMHO, I suspect you are violent/angry towards children and/or sub-ordinates(at work) and more so with women! I would suggest meditation. Now sit down, close your eyes and ask youself every day and night questions like, 1) What made you angry? 2) Who made you angry? 3) What was he/she really trying to get to? 4) Did you you have expectations from that person? What were your expectations? In, what way could you have been more helpful for her to meet those expectations? well......this list can go on and on and on........... remember Energizer battery ad? Don't set yourself tough goals. Start with 10/15 minutes every day and be determined about those 10/15 minutes. Don't expect changes in you overnight! It takes years for an infant to become an adult! That anger is your child gone crazy, now how do you propose to change that child? Is whacking your child black and blue or yelling filty abuses your answer? Where is your Fatherly love? Where is your Compassion, my dear? Good luck and God bless! warm regards, Vishnu On Tue, Nov 25, 2008 at 11:06 PM, michael g <tropical wrote: > HI, > > I have Chandra-Manglik yoga. Guest guest
Without mincing words: Chandra mangala yoga is not the problem! The saturn and sun yuti in the fourth house on the 8th pada ARE! The combination aspects the lagna (GD) and all kendras (RD) and at times affects your work-relationships and also your personal relationships as well as destabilizes you regarding your spiritual path that you wish to embark on. If you are blessed with a child, the period (now until April 2009) should be dedicated to giving the child special and undivided attention. If not there are other options. They involve assuming responsibility for a living being and caring for him or her on a long term basis. Not quite as convenient as buying a gemstone and passively wearing it, or writing a cheque to get a pooja done remotely by 108 priests or even paying feeding 108 poor people or 108 cows etc. We are given a fairly long life to carry out our lifeplan and figuring out what we need to do takes many years! You are young and so already have a headstart! I can assure you that it would not happen overnight!
