Rafal ji please answer my query regarding fasting

Rafal ji,

 

I have been fasting for the past 10 years on Saturday as it is the day of

Balaji.

Recently I read in some forums about Upapada and its importance. I want to

fast on the day ruled by the Upapada lord. So using JHora I am tring to

locate the upapada lord. But I stucked as my 12th house has 2 lords Saturn

and Rahu.

Which one I need to consider for calculating upapada lord?

Does saturday's fasting give any negative effect to me as per my horoscope?

Could you please clear my doubts.

 

My Birth details:

DOB : May 20 1978

TOB : 3:05 AM

POB : Ravulapalem, Andhra Pradesh (16°46'37 " N - 81°50'30 " E)
