There is any perticular reason in chart that gives over emotional to a person or any weak conjuction of moon as mann & sun as aatma or any other bad aspects or conjuction. So moon signifies emotions. In General moon is strong for Humans as their Pranapada (The seat of Praana or Life) is in trines to Moon in Navamsa (One of the rectification techniques for human charts). Check out the moon in your charts and for emotions would be my thought.
