Fixing muhurtha - Urgent help

Dear Members, An interesting question I need help in understanding.

 

Girl 18-sep-1974 23:20 Swathi, Libra Rasi, Taurus ascendant.

Boy 11-Jul-1972 7:40 Punarpoosam, Gemini rasi, Cancer ascendant.

 

Future Marriage date : 13-FEb-2009 9 am to 10 am pisces lagna

 

I looked at the horoscope at the time of muhurtha.

 

I find pisces has exalted 3 and 8th Lord in it, exalted malefic in

Lagna. And moon is in 7th place.

 

Tara bhala -exists

chandra bala - No

Panchaga suddi - exists

 

Is it an acceptable muhurtha for the bride and the groom what are

the effects of 8th exalted malefic lord. Are there any remedies that

the person should undertake.

 

Can we ignore the fact that 8th lord dasha will not operate since it

is horoscope chart for muhurtha.

 

Another date proposed is 15-feb-2009 10:15 to 11:45 am, Mesha Lagna

and day is 6th lunar day plus same star as bride.

2 & 7th lord in 12th.

 

if I can help them, I want to change the dates and give them

beneficial dates.
