Debilitated Saturn for Libra Lagna and Scorpio Lagna

Respected Learned Members and Gurujis,

 

I am learning astrology and have couple of questions. Please educate

me on this.

 

1) Will a debilitated Saturn (7th house-Aries) for Libra Lagna still

act as Yogakaraka for Libra Lagna.

Saturn has aspect from Jupiter® posited in Libra. In Navamsa, Sat

is the Lagna Lord and conjunct Moon in Virgo

 

2) For Scorpio Lagna, Saturn® in Aries - debilitated and in 6th

house. Mars - Lagna Lord debilitated in Cancer. Will there be

Neechabanga for Saturn though Mars is also debilitated?

Jupiter in 5th

Moon, Mars, Venus, Mercury in Cancer - 9th

Sun, Rahu in Leo - 10th

Sat in Aries - 6th

 

In Navamsa, Sat in Gemini conjunct Rahu, Lagna - Virgo, Parivarthana

with Mercury in Capricorn, Moon and Ketu in Sagitarius.

 

Please educate me.
