Lagnesh in tenth with Moon in Gajakesari is very good for mastership and career, its rajayoga. As its 4 planets in kendra its also pravrajayoga giving spirituality and tapasya. Shukra in ninth shows you must be married to enjoy your life, the only dosha is kalamrta which should be propiated by Mahavidya worship. I believe from Oct 2007 your life has changed for the better, you start focusing on place of stay and work. Going abroad is good option, north direction.
