Bad luck and delays in life - things within reach lost

Namaskar all,

 

Please look at my brother's chart. He is born on

October 29th 1974, New Delhi, 11:30 am

 

He works very hard but everytime something is within reach he loses

it (haath mein aayee hui cheez nikal jaati hai).

 

He has saggitarius ascendant and surya, ruler of 9th house

debilitated in 11th house.

Bad luck seen, especially in career. But in other areas of life also

things are slow to come. He is getting very depressed and

discouraged, especially due to the career issues. He has been passed

over for promotion and credit for his work is given elsewhere. This

pattern has been repeating for the past 2-3 years. Please help. Does

the neech surya indicate bad luck? Why is this happening and is there

any remedy?

 

He wants to start his own business eventually. Do you think it will

materialize? How is overall quality of chart. When will goog period

start especially career wise
