I am learning astrology and have a question. I have the birth date and

place of birth but have no idea of the time of birth. Can I still

prepare a chart? If so what are to be considered.

 

Secondly, can we decide on the star of the questioner with the first

letter of his name and proceed.

1. place of:with lat and long If possible

DATE OF BIRTH

TIME OF BIRTH (state wether Summer time or number of hours to be added to time

of birth)

PLACE OF birth with lat and long if available

 

if you know the astrologer uses  KP then a Horary NO 1 to249
