delay in my marriage dont know the time for birth

Hi,

 

My date of birth is 21/8/1078, I dont know the time of birth but some where in

noon, and place of birth is central mumbai. Male

 

I want to know that do i am a manglik and that is the reason for delay in

marriage?

 

and should I get marry to a manglik girl.
