Guest guest Posted February 9, 2009 Report Share Posted February 9, 2009 Dear Friends , Even though a planet is in either in Vargottama or Puskar Navamsa, No doubt , Vargottama makes it more auspiceous and Puskar navamsa helps  in the growth of the native , but the dictum of Parasara will always be aplicable: " Yogas are get cancelled or diluted if a planet is combust, defeated in war, in debility,  Durbal(in malefic influence or places in trik houses)and in bad Shainyadi awasthas.
