november 12, 1945 1:15 pm sophia, west virginia usa

i have serious health issues, disabled, really can't do much

physically, can't work.

[get a ss disability ck for $700.00 a month, single, live alone, have

to pay house & utilities, then i am broke. my vehicle is broke and

needs new licenses,my home has a serious roof leak, my kitchen has

walls/cabinets torn out because of mold. i was informed in january my

insurance will no longer pay for my meds, that will cost me $285.00 a

month. did not get meds in jan or feb, had to pay an electrician and a

plumber...]

please check my chart and tell/explain to me what i need to do to get

the means/energy to cover my home/house/expenses...and ask any

questions you like. i did not know what to explain about me
