With mangal & rahu aspecting the 5th house, lord sani in yuti with surya & karak for children in mrityu bhav. It will be a very difficult time for the native to hv children. Shanti yagya for the above palnets will certainly help but has to be done regulary, periodically till the issue problem is not solved.
