ALWAYS IN TROUBLE, ANY REMEDY? FRIENDS....

I am always in trouble since i remember with pockets of small relief.

DUE TO FAMILY TENSION i was constantly in mental tension and it

affected my health..as parents never cared abt my health. family

envirnment also affected my studies..despite extremrly hard labour..

luck eluded me and despite facing many interview i remained as clerk

in bank.marriage failed. caused depression and anxiety. after a long

struggle with depression...some how got over it with mantras, pranayam.

but still fear travelling alone and anexiety remains.

VERY POOR HEALTH SINCE CHILDHOOD...weight only 40 kg..weak lever and

poor digestion.hardly any joy left in life...one small daughter small

joy.

HANUMAN CHALISA...FOR 20 MINTUTES DAILY FOR 15 YEARS....YET VERY LITTLE

IMPROVEMENT.

I always help others,do not drink or smoke,no bad habits.seldom speak

lie,respect and regard people.....dry honest.

BUT...STILL ...IN TROUBLE...
