Basically I filed it in Aug 2008. But one of the important documents got denied. It's like rejection of green card. I am going to appeal for that. I don't know what's going to happen. If somebody quite expert could analyse it, I would appreciate that. I will be very thankful to him. Birth date : 9 Feb 1977. Maybe the/some frustrations creeping up between post 2004 and now?
