Visa issues unable to take wife along with me to USA. Please help

Pranam Guruji,

 

Humble namaskars to all of you. I got married on Feb 1st of this year. I

am working in USA with H1 B visa and after my wife had applied for H4 Dependent

visa on Feb 4th. The US consulate in Chennai kept her visa status in pending

approval with out disclosing any reasons and it is in same status for more than

one month now.

 

My marriage leave is completed and I am returning to USA but

cannot take my wife along with me due to this visa issues. It feels really hard

to leave my wife behind. I humbly request you to throw light on what will be the

future about this visa issue.

 

My Wife's birth details are as follows

 

Date of Birth: Dec 8th, 1986

Place of Birth: Kumbakonam, Tamilnadu

Time of Birth: 2:46 PM

 

Important events in Life: Marriage of Feb 1st 2009.
