Dear All,

Namaskar

I have a few questions I would like resolved if anybody has the time and

inclination. Many thanks in advance.

1. Is the Jyotirlinga Mantra: " Om Namah Shivaya Namah Omkareshwaraya " correct

insofar as grammar/structure is concerned or should it be:

" Om Namah Shivaya Namo Omkareshwaraya " ? I have seen it spelled both ways. Isn't

" Namo " grammatically incorrect?

2. Am I correct in assuming that " Omkareshwaraya " is actually pronounced

" Onkaareshwaraaya " , I know this is not exact and I am not sure how to type out

the sound of " On " , the middle-back of

the tongue is hitting the roof of the mouth when making the sound- so one is not

pronouncing the " M " by putting the lips together. Is this the technically

precise way?

3. I understand that this mantra is primarily for strengthening Jupiter.

a. Is this correct?

b. Furthermore, does this mantra also affect the sign of Cancer and all the

grahas in Cancer?

Thank you again and Kind Regards
