Dual Lordship of signs scorpio and Aquarius

Dear Mr Rafal ji and other fellow savants,

Mr. Rafal says,

" Per our Tradition we also use Sikhi lordship of Sco Rasi in all dasa. "

Let us not take shelter in parampara.I have got the teachings directly from

Pt. Sanjay Rath ,when SJC was in the mode of formation. I am not joining issue

with Mr. Rafal as we consider him as bright sjc Guru in our group.

After saying so , it is our parmpara not to follow a dicta verbatim , but we

must

carefully examine the intent of Shastra and also our Guru:

A.Vimsottari dasa and Nodes

 1. .In chapter 34 of BPHS SLOKA 16 AND 17:

'nodes give predominantly the effects as due to their conjunction with a house

lord

and or as due to the house they occupy'

'If a nodes are in an angle in aspect to or association with a trinal lord or be

in a trine in similar relation with an angular lord , it will become Yogakarka'

The following points may be noted :

a.No lordship of nodes is considered in above context,

b. Conjuction or 7th aspect is considered for yoga formation,Refer Sloka 5 of

Laghuparasari.

    This means if  NODES ARE IN  TRINE  ASPECT WITH jupiter , they may influence

each other but no yoga is        formed

2.  BPHS, in  ch 47 sloka 35 and 36 , says:

  'Rahu is in exaltation in Taurus and Ketu in Scorpio. Rahu in Mooltrikona in

Gemini and Ketu in Sagittarius.

   They own Aquarius and Scorpio respectively.Some say their own signs Virgo and

Pisces respectively'

If you study further slokas 40 to 43 , it is clear  that above narration is

utilised to indicate Avasthas of nodes when

consideration of effects of nodes in Vimsottari dasa of these planets.

3,If we critically examine the effects of Rahu and ketu in their dasas and

antardasas as given in BPHS

  chapters 52 to60 , Parasara has used the lordship of nodes when they become

specifically the lords

  of Marka places that is HOUSES 2ND AND 7TH ONLY REPEAT ONLY.

Further their malificamce is not removed if they are lords of angular houses ,

as in the case of Other Malefics.

Our Parampara is to follow BPHS AND Updesh sutras.

As such Bphs has given specific instructions as to how use the ownership of

nodes in VIMSOTTARI DASA.

 

In case of sign dasas and Rasi dasas and for calculations of  padas and dasa

periods, BPHS AND

JAIMINI SUTRA HAD  GIVEN ELABORATE AND SPECIFIC INSTRUCTIONS BUT THESE ARE NOT

APPLICABLE

IN NAKSHATRA DASAS IN TOTALITY.

I do not contradict others views particularly a SJC Guru as I also belong this

group.I have only given above result of my understanding as studies. If

somewhere I have gone wrong I am open for correction.There can not be a final

viewin this ASATKRIT UNIVERSE which is ever changing.
