I am sure you are fully aware BPHS and Jamini Updesh Sutra and other Jatak literature. It gives specific rules with the help of which , a savant in astrology can access a nativity and give predictions. Even Lalkitab gives own rules. May I know if you could find any such rules in Bhirgu method of predictive astrology. If they are existing , how we can get and learn these rules.
