Understanding BPHS- chapter 41/part 4(end)

Dear Friends,

Mr. R Anita has raised a relevant quarry.Answer is it will not generate Rajyoga.

Why?The reasons are given below:

1.BPHS Ch 34-

  Shloka-15- If the lords of an angle and a trine , own simultaneously evil

houses , there

                   mere association does not generate Rajyoga.

 Shloka -20- For Aries ascendant ,the mere conjunction of Jup and Sat will not

produce

                   yoga results.

2. Laghu Parasari-

   Shloka-16-If lords of angular and trine houses are in association and placed

in angular or trine

                   houses ,a powerful yoga results.

  Shloka -23-IF Lords of angular and trine houses are in association and

also owns either 8H or

                  11H , the mere association does not generate Rajyoga.( lords

of 8H and 11H GENERATE

                   STRONG BLEMISH)

Dear Mr.Ghosh,

Suppose this conjunction of kendra(7th house- lord saturn) and kona lords (9th

house lord jupiter who also happens to be 6th lord) when both are retro happens

in 3rd house, will the rajayoga it forms be powerful ?

Dear Learned Members,

Please find my humble comments below:-

 

 

 

 

 Sri Ganeshaya Namah:

 

 28 vishnusthanam cha kendram syat lakshmisthanam trikonakam

 tat ishayoho cha sambandhat rajayogah puroditah

 

 The " Kendra " is the place of Lord Vishnu and the " trikona " is the place of

Goddess lakshmi. If lords of these two establish a relation, a rajayoga is

formed

 

My Comments:- Kendras mean the pillars of Life, who has been given the house of

Vishnu. Vishnu symbolises protection, while Lakshmi has been the term used for

" Konas " or corners of life. Kendras give the physical protection while Konas

give the emotional/mental/ spiritual protection.

If the lords of any of the kendra/Kona are related, it results in a Raj Yoga.

The relations can be:-

1)Mutual aspect

2)Conjunction

3)Exchange of Sign.

Further there can be exchange in Nakshatra etc. will result in a RajYoga, which

is King of All yogas(not necessarily it will make one a king!!)

It will confer name, fame, wealth, prosperity, protection, position etc.

 

 

 29 parijate sthitau tau chet nrupo loka anurakshakah

 Uttame cha uttamo bhupo gajavajiratha adiman

 

 If the Kendra/kona lord association be in parijatans, the native will be aking

and protect men. If be in Uttamans, he will be superior king, endowed with

elephants, horses and chariots,etc

 

 My Comments:- The said Kendra/Kona lords have to qualify for such

classifications in Dasa-Varga or Shodashavarga scheme as the case may be.

 

 30 gopure nrupa shardulah pujita andrihi nrupaihi bhavet

 Simhasane chakravarti sarvabhoomi prapalakah

 

 If in Gopurans, the person will be a tiger of kings, honored by other kings, if

in simhasanans, he will be an emperor, ruling over the entire earth

 

 31 asmin yoge harishchandrah manuhu cha eva uttamastatha

 Balihi vaishvanaro jatah tatha anye chakravartinah

 

 In this yoga (simhasanans) , rulers like Harishchandra and Manu, bali,

vaishvanara (agni deva) and other emperors were born

 

 32 vartaman yuge jatah tatha raja yudhishtharah

 Bhavita shalivaha adyastathaiva dwijasattama

 

 In present times, Yudhishthar was born so, the birth of shalivahana and others

will also occur, O Brahmin

 

 33 paravatanshake api evam jata manu adayah tatha

 Vishnoho sarva eva taraha cha jayante devalokake

 

 With this combination in paravatans, were also born Manu and others. The

incarnation of Lord Vishnu took place when all these planets were in devalokans

 

 34 brahmalokake tu brahmadya jayante vishwapalakaha

 Airavatanshake jatah purva swayambhuvo manuhu

 

 Lord Brahma was born, when all these planets were positioned in Brahmalokans.

All these placed in Airavatans, was born Swayambhuva Manu (swayambhuva was the

first manu)

 

 This concludes chapter 41, we will see combinations for poverty, next
