They will become dormant if 3H is vacant > Yes, very right point. But it is good for spouse of the native as those are fifth to 7'th house and both are benefics. So both planets will also impart great effects to the 7'th house in D-3 Varga. And you also know that D-3 chart is as much imp as D-9. And if planets sitting in third are not of the same nature as sitting in 11'th(Like suppose planets sitting in 3'rd are Malefic and in 11'th Benefic) than both house will destroy each-other's house fate as both are 5'th and 9'th to each other and you also know that in D-3 both house will  influence a lot each other,, may be both come to same house(point is both hosue are fate of each other's house). If in 3’rd and 11’Th house planets are benefics than it is good for native’s spouse as she/he will live long. But if planets sitting in 3’rd and 11’Th are malefics than it is not good fro native’s spouse. Spouse may get died by accidents and person will lead to multiple marriages. 5'th and 9'th house to any house play a great role and some nadi books are dependent on this theory only. Example:- Let suppose Ra+Sa+Ma are in third house of Sc and Mo is in 11'th house of Cn. Than person can't get tremendous success in his efforts this is the example of Amar Singh (Right hand man of Mulayam Singh). He is nothing without Mulayam (I got his details from a person who use to write in national news papers about politicians future),, he(Amar) can’t be elected for lower house. He (Author of articles) is here in this group but i will not bother him as he has a lot work to finish (I also want his membership confidential) as this is time of Lok Sabha election and many politicians would be contacting him and also media-person to write in their columns..
