I am an NRI based in europe working for a top MNC in very good job. My term here

comes to and end next year but I am hunting for a job early. I am currently

looking at a potentially very good job in the same company but with very

different profile and area of responsibility (moving from finance to marketing).

This would involve a move to Asia.

 

What are my chances of getting a new job this year. Is my career doing alright

or am I on a downturn. What is the long term prognosis
