With sani also hvg lordship of 12th house, sudden health issues are obvious. With mangal also present in her lagna in gochar, which also gives blood pressure, this will happen. She should start feeling better after nov 2009 when her rahu/budh dasha bhukti starts. But blood pressure problem will remain. Some relief in blood pressure will come after the 24th when mangal transits from lagna.
