Man dies homeless having unrealized millions in bank

Dear Gurujans,

 

I was intrigued by this news item

g] and wondered what all shall we take into account and how shall we explain

this:

 

the man won big bucks in a lottery; put that money in a bank under what was

construed an alias; the South Korean law permitted withdrawals only to people

with " real " identity; this man had no clue what his real name was, his family or

where he was born etc. So, couldn't enjoy the booty and eventually died of a

terrible disease, uncared, and homeless!
