Man dies homeless having unrealized millions in bank

I was intrigued by this news item

g] and wondered how shall we configure such a chart and explain this:

 

The man won big bucks in a lottery in South Korea; put that money in a bank

under an alias; the law permitted withdrawals only to people with " real "

identity; this man had no clue what his real name was, his family or where he

was born etc. So, couldn't enjoy the booty and eventually died of terrible

disease, uncared and homeless!
