A strong AK and under auspicious influence is a boon, otherwise it is not only a burden but also blocks good effects of other yogas. In Char karka replacement the role of original charkarka is not extinguished . But another planet acts its Deputy, In your case Jupiter will act as original AK and Sun will perform all duties on his behalf. As a matter of fact Amk will extinguish and its place will be taken by Sun as sthir karka for professional matters.Sthir Karka when under affliction will bring some or other troubles. Kindly study carefully chapter on karkas as given in BPHS. My view stems from the fact that a curse on AK can be very difficult as the very core of existence of impacted. An AmK under curse is probably a lesser devil in comparison?
