Indian Independent chart shows Sun,Moon,Mercury,Venus and Saturn in its Udhyoga-sthan 3rd house. My general observations combined with my intuition proves that Elections held during the ascendancy of Jupiter as King for a particular Souramaana year proves to be favorable for formation of non-congress Government / difficult times for Congress .Congress coming to power during the ascendancy Mercury as King,it experiences marana upaadha(under go more difficult phase ) and during Sun ,Venus periods of ascendancy congress forms Goverment with flying colours.
