The customer comes, likes the property, agrees on the rates but I don't know what happens then? I have not overpriced my property. Hence price is not a factor. U r under surya/sani dasha bhukti currently & with sani in ur 12th house in mesh lagna, u will experience distress in selling the property. U need to wait till sept 09, when ur surya/budh dasha bhukti starts & u will see smooth sale of property. But my problem is financial requirement that's why I'm selling my property. If I do not sell it now, I'll be under heavy debts by year end, I'm already under debts now. Kindly suggest needful. What should I do to sell it now? Work on the following remedies, may be u may see good things happening. · Fast on every Saturday · Offer mustard oil to Sani Deity or light a Deepak in mustard oil & keep it below any peeple tree every Saturday. · On every Saturday before starting to bathe, add 7 drops of mustard oil in the bucket of bathing water & then bathe in the same water.
