These are general analysis. The swearing in ceremony is starting at 6.30 pm in New Delhi. The tithi is Krishna Paksh, 13th Trayodashi, Saubhagya yog, Ashwini Nakshatra, charan 4, Cow Karan. But as per Shree Mohan Kriti *Aarsh thithi Panchang* by Acharya Dharshney Lokesh the nakshatra is Bharani. Even that too has been considered in the analysis. The tithi is very favourable for the government to overcome the enemies & always be victorious in overcoming any enemity & obstacles. It is the begining of Vrishabh lagna, which is also sthir lagna, indicating that the government will be stable & will survive the next 5 years in office. It will also be on the move. The government will be more cautoius & firm in what they all are doing. It will keen more in ensuring that the people at the lowest end, ie the rural population are more benefitted. It will be more rural friendly & will also be little mild to the urban massess, of course the urban population will not be ignored also. They will also be pointers to the alliances that they are big brothers, which will create resentment amongst the alliances, which is where the congress led government will suffer heavily. Conflicts, emotional & status blackmail amongst the alliances will be more prominent. The massess or the general people will also support the government, but critisism will be the dampners for the government. The government will be highly criticised by a select massess, which may also mess up the approach towards the service of betterment for the people. Education in the rural areas, improvement of health service to the rural, health insurance & protection & upliftment of the rural will be the priority agenda of the government. The attitude will be love your friends and also your enemies. Enemies will be saluted which will also be the mantra of the ruling coalation. Terrorist activities will increase & will be a severe pain in the neck of the government. Terrorists outfits within the country and outside the country will keep the government nagging and at times difficult to control. Home ministry will have a tough time to handle the same. The government will do well this time in foreign policy. Emphasis will be more on direct FDI & also foreign collaboration. It will also get good support from the foreign business houses & also government agencies. But this time the efforts will be more reasearch oriented & not direct efforts. Foreign agencies will also be given conditional entries & not the liberal one as indicated in the past. Government will also ensure specially with USA that Indians employed in the USA are not deported back & will also make sure that more foreign employment opportunities are created for the elligible Indians in foreign employment. Fortunes of the government will be fluctuatiing & also wavering. Debts will increase & mounting.. Their will be political cious on matters related to religious outfits, specially to non Hindu shrines. This government will be dedicated in ensuring the results of the efforts put in are achieved. A lot of hard work will also be put in. Overall, the government will succeed in achieving its goals. Some notable facts related to the post of Prime Minister is that after July 2011, their will be a change of head of government. Dr. Manmohan Singh may be replaced by some other political leader as the prime minister & he may also be ellevated as the next President of Republic of India after the term of the current President Mrs. Pratibha Patil expires.
