" At about 7 PM on May 22, the family astrologer of a senior parliamentarian (former Human Resources minister) told me on telephone that actual oath taking began at 6:30 PM. He also told me that according to astrological softwares based on physical astronomy, Vrishchika Lagna started at 6:29:12 PM, after which Moon and Venus moved from 6th to 5th house. I have many non-hindu friends who are vedic astrologer or have interest in. They are neither secular nor non-secular.
